We recently completed on a purchase and had an excellent experience dealing with John at Belvoir. Estate Agents don't have the best reputation, but John was extremely attentive and guided us through the journey from offer to completion. We work in the mortgage industry so we are familiar with the house buying process, but even we were impressed with John's knowledge and support throughout. We had a few issues within our chain, but John did a fantastic job of tying everything together and going the extra mile with speaking with solicitors, agents and clients to ensure that the whole chain was fully up to date at all times. We would both highly recommend Belvoir and John in particular.
