Bradleys demonstrate best practice for estate agents. Lorna Brooks is not even my agent but she has been absolutely wonderful throughout the whole purchase process. She has kept me informed at all times about the sale. She has gone over and above her duties in negotiating the purchase price for the house for which she is the agent. While other agents in the chain including mine have been reactivce, waiting for information to come to them, Lorna has been chasing round tirelessly to keep everyone in the loop. If all agents were as good as she is, on line agents wouldn't stand a chance. She radiates a positive, cheerful energy. In this world where people are either drains or radiators, she is definitely as radiator on full power.
