We were promised the Earth, a completely different approach to selling! Well we weren't disappointed, we have never come across anything like it! Confused staff, nobody in the office to answer our calls, sub contracted personnel who don't keep in direct contact with Office, staff not knowing who is supposed to be viewing and what the latest price is. No feedback, fake viewings and offers we got the lot. Charters are the same as the rest.....in fact maybe a little worse!

Charters were useless throughout. Contract was ridiculous too.

Fake offers, mismanaging sales......all standard training for staff here

I do not believe this review. My experience was totally different. Charters made up offers, didn’t follow through, booked in viewings that did not go through and made a mess of my property when I was on holiday. I lost £600 in solicitors fees on fake offers they said ad been made. ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
