First time at selling a property and was I glad that Tamsin had been allocated to deal with this. She was very professional friendly and kept me informed of everything that was going on. She would call every week with an update even if there was not anything to report which gave me reassurance that she was doing her very best to make the selling of my property as hassle free as possible. If I called Tamsin and she was busy she would always return my calls and she done more for me than I am sure she was supposed to, I can not fault the service that I received.
For the service and work that I received I cannot fault the fees it was worth every penny

The agent could have been polite and respectful. I do not want to hear staff swearing when I am in a professional office with my child. Turning up on time to appointments would at least have been something.
When she showed me the fees they were the highest I had seen out of the agents I visited.
