Very disppointed in the services, called in the morning to book 6pm viewing, waited for almost a hour still no body showed up, or called to explain anything, I called few time, and they said they will get back to me which never happened. No not use Dexter, no service what so ever

Any fees are bad when the service is so terrible. I appreciate they work for the landlord and not us as tenants but at the same time they have a duty to manage the property effectively.

We viewed an apartment with their agent, who was fine. We gave an offer, and tried to managed a proper contract, but they didn't helped at all. They wanted sign a contract for 3 years without any break clause, in the middle of London for a pretty expensive flat. We wrote/called back and forth for around a week, when they let us know the property is rented out.
