On the advice from my friends and neighbour who had recently sold their Georgian Apartment via this agency, I listed my similar property with them. I was pleased they offered the same advantageous rate for my sale. My home was beautifully photographed and swiftly put on the market, resulting in me receiving an asking price cash offer within about one week from a buyer who had been interested in purchasing my friends flat. I was naturally delighted with the outcome and was very impressed with the friendly and professional service from Anne-Marie and her team, who kept me well informed on every detail. 10/10 for excellent service and a speedy result - it was a seller's dream!
