We sold our house through Helmores and we also bought our house through them. All their staff were excellent and happy to help.
When we first met Ian, he assured us be would be able to sell at the price we were hoping to achieve. He then explained the whole process and then took some fabulous pictures and created a great detailed package of our home for sale.
Once sold we were involved with James and many others to find our perfect home. Which of course they did.
We then met Loren who I felt had held our hand through the whole process which was very reassuring.
I would recommend Helmores to anyone to buy and to sell their property, as they all work as a team to make the journey a great experience. ð

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
