Following a change of agents, Bradleys suggested new marketing and valuation strategies, new valuation achieved the sale, with swift and professional action the sale was completed in 4 weeks from offer. Both Ella and Lauren were professional, friendly and businesslike in their dealings with prospective purchasers and our buyer and we would highly recommend the services of Bradleys Looe office.
Comment on agent fees
The fees are reasonable but higher than agents where the population and turnover of properties is greater. The fee is commensurate with similar agents in the immediate locale.

We have a stringent application process that must be cleared before people can view a property or apply for one. This is to ensure people can afford the monthly rent and that they meet all criteria set by each Landlord. I would also like to point out that we live 180 miles from the property we have purchased. During the purchasing process it was necessary to check several things in the property, it was no bother For Ella to call to the property and confirm all our inquiries..
