This lettings agent is taking advantage of students, they are letting out overpriced 'slum-like' properties and are happy to take the fees for doing nothing. The property my son rented this year is possible illegal - which we will now pursue through legal means

DO NOT rent with Julia Wadden they are a Disgusting company, "relations manager" enjoys harrassing and speaking to tenants like they are idiots. Slack maintance team. Extra charges after tenancy which are unjustifiable.

Hello,
Apologies that you have felt the need to leave a negative review about the service you have received. We don't do student rentals from this office in Heaton Moor however I have spoken with the Lettings Manager at the office who have been working with you regarding your sons rental and believe the issue to be regarding a deduction from your sons deposit.
If you would like to contact our property management department on 0161 713 4013 they will be able to look into your grievance further ...

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
