We have recently sold our house with Lawler & Co estate agents in Poynton. From start to finish they have provided an excellent service, they have been both professional and conscientious but also extremely friendly and caring throughout. They work brilliantly as a team through quite a lengthy and tricky sale process and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would definitely use them in the future and recommend them highly for anyone buying or selling.

Unfortunately some vendors only wish purchasers who are on the market to view - especially if they have had a high level of viewers who can't proceed instantly previously. As discussed with yourself after seeing this review we do make every effort to accommodate viewings but we are obliged to take our clients instructions (as confirmed we did discuss with the vendor again after your initial phone call).
