We were handed over to Joe once our sale had been agreed and he became our main point of contact for everything up until exchanging of contracts. We found Joe amazing to work with, he was very honest throughout the whole process, he was always available to speak to at our times of needs and needless to say stress! he empathises with you and understands people. Honestly if it wasn't for him I don't know where we would be within this process.
