From last 8 years, my property was with a local agent and I would say I never had any issue except high fees which was around £1550.
I was just googling online letting agents and found 99home website plus a few others but I decided to go with 99home and it just cost me £349 ( £49 for listing and £300 for viewing). 99home found a good tenant and assisted with agreement and inventory as well.

I think that's the way to go. Everything was very clear and centralised communication. I would like to thank 99home for your hard work. Best Wishes!

Dear Helene Many thanks for your update. Yes, I can confirm we had received your request. We had 100+ viewing requests and accommodating everyone was not possible on an open day hance our local expert decided to filter the viewers. We had 8 offers on the same day inc a few cash buyers.
