We felt that the recent issues were highlighted to us very quickly . A decision of a plan of action agreed and relevant people contacted to try to resolve the problems. We note that the lines of communication were good, but we prefer that ,when we do send emails with information , some sort of acknowledgement is returned if only to say it has been received. We are happy that the problem was resolved fairly quickly with limited inconvenience to the tenants.

Auction fees are not cheap, and I have nothing to compare Bradleys with. All I can say is that when I add the fees to the final bid price, I still paid a price that our interior designer called 'a steel'.
