We went to Seymour's after two sales had fallen through with another agent. During the time with the other agent Ben from the Seymour's sales team kept in touch without being pushy. After the send failed attempt with the first agent we had no hesitation in going to Seymour's.
Our property sold within a week and Diana managed the process through to a successful completetion even though it was not without its challenges (due to others in the property chain). Even our solicitor recognised that Diana is particularly efficient to at getting everyone to agree on exchange and completion dates, something which appears to worse than nailing jelly to the wall!
We would recommend their services.

Thank you to the Seymours team for all the hard work and efforts in getting our house sold. Seymours were professional from the start until (Saha for Selling our house and Clarissa who managed the whole process from the sale to completion) the end always keeping us in the loop about what was going on.
Thank you for all your efforts going back and forth from us to the buyers and then back again to the Solicitors, its very much appreciated.
We are very happy that we chose Seymours to sell our house and also I must mention the Seymours letting team also done a great job in letting our house out for 5 years and always responded to any problems we had with great professionalism and nothing was too much for them to do for us. We will definitely recommend Seymours to anyone who ever thinks about about Selling or Letting their property.

Extremely bad! Want £450 admin fees for phone calls + inventory check in but they do the check out! + reference fees + + + .... anything you can think of. Generally passing you to several people and no one knows what they do. They all have memory loss and you can end up with your accounts empty!
