We are first time landlords and have a small portfolio managed by Hamlet Homes in Warrington. We selected Hamlet because of its track record, market insights, customer service and, more than anything, because the people exuded trust. We can't say enough good and positive things about the Hamlet team in this short review - they are a dream to work with, completely trustworthy, committed to doing a great job and always responsive - a totally professional team.

Each of the houses which they manage for us needed quite a bit of work doing when we first bought them and the team sorted everything out without fuss: plumbing and gas repairs and modifications, updating electrics, cosmetic repairs, carpets and blinds, decorating, sourcing appliances and many other little jobs. The team took responsibility and just got on with it and, each time, the next thing we new was that the job was done. There was never any fuss, no trail of emails and phone calls and problems to get dragged back in to. The team just delivered, time after time. They sheltered us from all of the little issues that you can get when dealing with tradespeople. I imagine that over time they have developed a reliable network of people that they rely on, which helps them to just get on with the job.

The tenants they have sourced for us are good tenants - again there's never any fuss. The tenants' payments have been reliably made on time. All of the contractual requirements are in properly place and the team has helped us with the landlord requirements and the certifications needed for the properties.

I've written a longer review than I normally would because I really want to get across the positive experience we've had. They set high expectations which they continually exceed.
