Absolutely appalling service that resulted in myself and housemates losing a property after positive references less than a week before we were due to move in. I was constantly rang in work hours, threatened with a tight timeframe yet no clear deadline was ever given. Agents were condescending, unprofessional, and late. Refund was not given in the time frame promised, absolutely awful experience. Would strongly recommend anyone to avoid them - even if you really like the property in question.

Complaints Procedure Should you have any problems with SN Estates service which you are unable to resolve with the negotiator involved or the branch/department manager you should write to the Director for the area/department in question. This complaint will be acknowledged within three working days of receipt and an investigation undertaken. A formal written outcome of the investigation will be sent to you within 15 working days. If you remain dissatisfied, you should write to the Chief Executive Officer of SN Estates (CEO).The same time limits will apply. Following the CEOs investigation, a written statement expressing SN Estates final view will be sent to you. This will include any offer made. This letter will confirm that you are entitled if dissatisfied to refer the matter to the RICS Ombudsman service for a review.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
