I called this estate agent as they were dealing with the buyer of my property to ask for insight and information. Also we were not happy with our current estate agent and I wanted to see the service available. I have never been spoken to so rudely - I WOULD NEVER USE THIS ESTATE AGENT!

Dear Chanel,Due to GDPR i can only tell you so much with regard to my transaction, i appreciate you are not happy with your current agent who agreed the sale of your home (not me) however THAT is who should be updating you. I tried to explain, my client was breaking the chain and not related to your sale. I understand your frustration, however you should direct it at your current agent who you employed to find you a buyer and keep you updated. Our client was selling chain free.

Haart is not good at all, if you have house or flat for rent don't use haart.
they don't respond , they take much money and if there is any service the charge 5- 10 times the actual price.
