This property was sold to a developer known and introduced to us by Jon Harvey. The buyer was experienced in this sort of negotiation and we needed to rely on Jon to steer us through the many issues involved.
The deal crucially depended on us finding a suitable property in Mullion, not an easy task, but thanks to Jon's ability to work closely with a colleague in your Helston Branch this was achieved.
