I am a uni student and have been with Posh Pads for the last year. We were told to stay away from using Posh Pads however there were few student houses left and so we had no choice. I regret this decision majorly as we have had nothing but trouble with them for a whole year (and even though our tenancy ended in June, we are still having trouble with them as they are not giving our deposit back). We have had several major issues including our TV being stolen, Posh Pads covering up a mouldy hole in the floor by moving our bed so we wouldn't see it, staff members letting themselves into our home without any notice and without even knocking on the door, maintenance men taking weeks for anything to be fixed - the list goes on. Posh Pads seem to take advantage of the fact that all their tenants are uni students and therefore try to walk all over them. I have nothing good to say about the company.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
