Prior to going to Yopa local valuer agents had been instructed and to whom I paid £120 for the privilege of them making me feel like they were doing me some kind of favour to produce an unprofessional and inaccurate report. It felt like they thought it was ok for me to wait for over two weeks for a response from them. It was unacceptable local service that made me consider going to Yopa.
Before agreeing to go with Yopa I checked the pros and cons online of going to a web based service. Lower cost and fixed price was listed as the main benefit with the main detraction being online selling agents did not know the local market.
My experience with Yopa Dumfries was not like that at all, I got fast response, transparency in dealing, fixed price, lower cost plus a very responsive very pleasant efficient selling agent team on hand who actually knew the local market inside out and who worked very hard, and got out there and sold my property. So for me Yopa Dumfries was a pleasant surprise and experience and a win win situation with no detractions.
This is the best service and most pleasant selling experience I have had ever.
