From both a sales and letting side the team have always been friendly and helpful. Richard and Shah have always been really positive about selling my flat and I've received feedback from all viewings. Otavia has been great managing my rental property and they has dealt with any lettings issues promptly - even liaising with me whilst in another country.
Comment on agent fees
The initial fees are very high for rental more so than other agents. The selling fees are high too but they seem to be in line with agent fees everywhere.
