The staff at 2Roost are friendly enough but unfortunately my experience with them has not been a good one. Communication is extremely poor and I was left on many occasions chasing up information and feedback. During my time with 2Roost, my advert has contained spelling errors and misdescriptions which were only partially corrected over time.
When I raised this again with the manager, I was told that although 'irritating', it would not stop my property from selling. Obviously to me a positive first impression is vital, and I would like to think that any estate agent instructed to sell a property would feel the same.
Feeling completely disillusioned, I asked 2 Roost for a breakdown of how they have marketed my property over the past 16 weeks and as of yet, I have received no reply to my email that was sent 8 days ago!!
