I was very happy with the valuation that I received from Hannells in Mickleover. The gentleman (Sam) was very professional and I felt confident that he had done his research and was giving me an honest valuation and not just trying to make a sales pitch. The ladies in the office were very friendly and easy to deal with when I was making my booking. Although now is not a good time for me to sell my property, I would not hesitate to recommend them to other people.
Comment on agent fees
They weren't the lowest, but I believe that you get what you pay for.
