I know it would be very easy at this high point to cover this report with the usual positives about all of the members of staff at Village Estates Sidcup, but I would like to actually give some real detail as to why I feel this way. They really were superstars throughout our journey. We have been attempting to move for the best part of 6 months and finally the deal has happened for us. I guess a good place to start is the beginning. Village make you feel welcome. Charlie helped us with the initial parts of the deal and placing our house up. knowing the current market, thinking thoroughly about what to do at this important time and getting the house up in a speedy fashion were all key skills that Charlie showed here. We then came to negotiation where again Charlie used his experience to deal at the right price and actually get the deal done. Brett used his professional manner to send out a confirmation of sale and made a phone call to me confirming the deal, and was always there for a chat when I needed him. This may sound like small touches but so key at the time. There was never an error or a mistake. The level of service is always so high. Serena seems to be the link up between sales and progression and is always there for a much needed conversation, and believe me - In this process as a customer you will need those two minute conversations to keep your head in the game, as frustrations do come. And now for my personal favourite Liz, who runs the progressions area. I don't even know where to start. Her drive, passion and complete understanding for her clients is invaluable. She goes the extra mile for her clients day in and day out. In this market there are too many professionals that leave the deal to come to them. Not with Village estates Sidcup and not with Liz. She makes the deal happen. Thank you so much for everything team. I will always appreciate what you have done for me and my family over the last six months. Thank you so much !!!!!!!! Village are not the cheapest in this space and they know that. You are paying for quality here. We paid for quality and that is what we got.
