I sold my home with Village Estates and due to my onward purchases not going as planned I am just moving 11 months later. In the past year I have dealt with Village they have been great. They gave a realistic valuation, did the viewings, are very personable and answered my many many enquiries(!). I wouldnt hesitate to use them again.
My buyer hung on and waited this entire time, I believe this is due to Ian keeping her informed the whole way through.
I chose a 'traditional' estate agency rather than the online and I was so glad I did. It was a good decision and its been worth every penny.
