The Bedford branch was amazing when I was viewing flats, being only 19 years old at the time, I found the team really friendly and efficient. Simon showed me around many flats before I found the one I rent at the moment, he was patient and informative. The level of customer service within the office at Bedford was outstanding, Ruth was amazing when dealing with the admin, she made everything clear about my tenancy agreement, deposit and my contents insurance. 3years ago i moved in, and still my opinion has not changed. The staff at Bedford are always more than happy to help and offer guidance. Would always recommend them

Actually when you read the reviews you will observe Landlords are as unhappy with the staff and service as tenants. Some of us care for our tenants and object to vulnerable tenants being exploited and then Lenwell lieing about the situation. ...

Really I have noticed a theme of same worded compliments for the Bedford office One of your agents in the Dunstable branch should have been arrested for theft and fraud and you attempted at first to cover it up. Particularly shocking as the tenant was vulnerable ...
