McGowen exceded my expectations and i would strongly recommend them to anyone.

I initially requested quotes from 3 agents in the Middleton area to sell my property. All 3 came across in a professional manner but Jonathan from McGowen really shone above the others, his enthusiasm and positivity was very encouraging, he was also very optimistic in achieving a much higher price than the other two ageants we saw.

I was initially a little apprehensive as we'd chosen the smaller, independent agent as opposed to the other larger firms. However all my fears were eased as McGowen prepared for the sale. Jonathan was great, his pictures really showcased the property, the description was spot on and the internet posting and sales brochure looked amazing. Within 2 weeks we'd had a number of viewings and a few offers. We accepted an offer and achieved a great price (almost 10% higher than the other agents wanted to list at).

Throughout the sale process the whole McGowen team were great, constantly providing updates, chasing the relavent people as required to get the sale complete.

I will deginately use McGowen on my next property purchase or sale.
