When moving house is such an emotional time, the staff at Bradley's Newton Abbot made the whole experience stress free, from the moment of first contact with Peter through to exchange. We have yet to complete later this week. However, I am sure the team will continue to be as professional as always at this final point in our move.
Darbo, in particular, is an absolute asset to the team; he kept in constant contact with us throughout the whole process and updated us with every new development with both our sale and purchase.

Complaints Procedure
1. Bradleys is a Member of The Property Ombudsman's Scheme and aims to provide the highest standards of service to all our Customers. To ensure that your interests are safeguarded, an Internal Complaints Procedure has been implemented. This provides for the matter to be dealt with internally by the Office Manager or the Department Head. In the event that we are not able to deal with the matter to our mutual satisfaction after following our Internal Complaints Procedure you may refer your complaint in writing to the Property Ombudsman.
