We recently bought a bungalow in Downend which was advertised by CJ Hole. Although we were thus not their direct Clients the staff at the Branch, particularly Dianne Willis, went out of their way to be helpful and smooth the various difficulties that popped up. They were also very helpful at finding out the stages that our buyers and their buyers were at! I thoroughly recommend this Estate Agency.

From our system we can see that we wrote to all the utility providers including council tax in line with the tenancy start and end dates. You were offered an inventory update during a telephone conversation, i agree that this should've been communicated to you in an email. We have learnt from this situation and have adjusted our procedures accordingly.
