Went to view a property on Saturday 4th August. We were a little late due to traffic in the area but this does not excuse the attitude displayed by Helen. The Budenberg property was something we were genuinely interested in but not anymore. We were hurried around the property so we did not get a proper look at it. She did not have the knowledge of the property when we asked questions and seemed disinterested the whole time. We booked in for another viewing Monday 6th August where we could get a proper look at the property and an alternative apartment.
I had a phone call from Theo saying they were short staffed so they would struggle to show people round due to people being away on holiday. We have to take time off work to view properties due to our own work commitments. So it really isn't my problem but yours for being short staffed. Perhaps managing your rotas better in future would stop this from happening again. He then said the viewing was cancelled and hung up on me. A disgraceful way to treat a customer and a big attitude problem from both agents. I would seriously not recommend this agency and these agents.

Me and my partner was going to take on a two bed flat before Simon decided he felt he could give personal details out to my parents mum that I have no relationship with or bearly know, they never reply to emails.
