Everything was explained to me in a simple manner and I got clear instructions on what it was that I needed to do.
Staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because of a mix up regarding what room I was going to take. A day after I had visited I got a call to say that the room I had looked at was actually no longer available because the current occupant had decided he wanted to stay on. This was actually very helpful to me but could cause others issues, staff made it very easy to change rooms however and I wasn't required to do any more for them.
