I have started renting an apartment in Beeston, and used service of CP Walker & Son to find the place. Since I have just moved in, I can only speak of my short experience of dealing with CP Walker & Son. When I was looking at potential places to rent, Vicki Hack answered all my (many) questions and clarified everything. Later on, she and her colleagues were fast to help me to deal with the formalities required to move in - application forms, setting up billing, etc. I have enjoyed their service so far, and did not have any "negative surprises" from them.

A touch higher than I'm used to around Notts, but cheaper than places down South. So I'd say the fees are acceptable. (No one likes handing over hard earned cash for what feels like "nothing"!)
