The service I have received from both Louis Symonds and Maria Brooks has been above and beyond my highest expectations, I was dreading the whole buying and selling a house as I know from experience the stress that can be involved! My house was instructed to be marketed by Bradley's of Crediton and the first of at least 2 viewings was within 24 hours of instruction. The photographs by Louis looked stunning and I would buy it again just on them alone!! The house was under offer the very next day and words cannot describe both Louis and Maria's outstanding professionalism with their expertise, property knowledge and the highest level of customer service. The speed of selling my property was incredible and within one month of marketing the sale of the said property had reached completion ! I would just like to say a very special thankyou to especially Louis and Maria at Bradley's for changing my opinion on buying and selling homes as you have made my process a very easy and very pleasurable expirece !!
