I acted for my parents (in their 80's) as they down sized after 42 years in the same home. We split the transactions of buying and selling in order to speed things along. Martin and Sarah officially acted for the sale only.
Martin and Sarah arranged a viewing on a Sunday morning with the eventual purchaser as it was their only chance to view before going on holiday. It's rare to see this level of dedication. It was very much appreciated.
On my parents purchase (chain of only two) it looked like matters would break down. Martin intervened and restored order, allowing the purchase to complete. No fee for Martin. Again, highly unusual but so appreciated. Thank you!
Martin's regular offers of assistance to help my parents when I live two hours away was also genuine and a huge comfort.
Both Sarah and Martin were exceptionally diligent at keeping me informed of progress, issues etc.
