I booked a return visit to a property country properties was letting It was confirmed by email confirmation and a phone call to my partner I made them aware I would be flying in for the day and I could visit that afternoon and then return , me and my partner turned up at the property 5 mins before appointment time waited there 10mins then a man approached us who lived in the apartment block he said the apartment is now rented and that they where going to tell me , unfortunately they didn't and I flew in for nothing, I was extremely unhappy as it was a completely wasted visit , the impression I get is they just want to let the property and once they do the customer means absolutely nothing . Very poor service.
