I've been using the mortgage service now for 7 years. I've had 6 mortgages arranged by Justyna Ferra and all of which have been successful and competitive. Justyna is a joy to work with as communication and updates are good allowing me to keep up to date and more importantly any issues that arise (usually down to me stretching the requirements) and extra works arising because of it, Justyna attacks the problems very well and efficiently and gets me the result. This has led to me using her as my broker multiple times as mentioned as well as recommendations to others which have also chosen to use Justyna as their broker. Keep up the good work Justyna and I shall enjoy continuing to work with you!
Comment on agent fees
Fees overall are reasonable and competitive. I would say if anything a little bit above average cost. I wouldn't mind seeing them reduced slightly and in my case and others like me or recurring clients potentially having reduced fees for returning loyalty.
