Liz successfully persuaded us to go with Yopa after we had considered other estate agents. She pointed out the quality of your photography, price and overall package which in our opinion, surpassed our expectations and, more importantly for Yopa, the opposition.
Liz has been extremely professional at all times, approachable and has always been available to share her extremely broad knowledge of the local property market. Her insight on both the selling side as well as the buying side has been very much appreciated and we're sure that she will be able to help us in our future purchase. This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
