Orchards of Acton London are the most unprofessional and crooked estate agents that I have come across, as well as incompetent and exploitative.
They took rent from a tenant and never pay it to landlord.
They took deposit and don't pay it into a deposit scheme despite the repeated empty promises. When they are cornered by repeated telephone calls, all of the incompetent staff disappear into meeting or out.
My advice that no one should seek a property through Orchards estate agents. Once, they have the money, the money is gone.
