Company is an absolute joke.
The dangers that were left within the house were completely unacceptable within a rented property.
This led to myself having to pay out of my own pocket to fix a badly damaged ceiling due to being completely saturated due to a leak, which was completely unsafe.
Also a massive leak from the boiler which left the downstairs carpet saturated and storage cupboard which also needed replaced and was told 'it will dry out' so once again had to pay out of my own pocket again to get this replaced.
Electric shower was faulty and dangerous to use and took weeks to be fixed!
I will say some girls within this company I have spoke to and are absolutely lovely and extremely helpful. But unfortunately due to others it has let the company down a lot!
