I bought and let my property through Lauristons in June 2011 and have just renewed the tenancy through them. They found an excellent tenant very quickly and everything went very smoothly. The renewal was just as smooth. My statements come in on time and are very easy to understand. Rajvinder has been excellent. She is polite and always responds quickly to requests. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any new landlord or one looking to change letting and managing agents.

No communication. Emails constantly ignored, unless they need something from you, then you receive a bombardment of emails.

I am sorry to hear of your disappointment with our service.
I apologise if regular maintenance and more urgent property defects were not rectified in line with your expectations. The property management team should respond and rectify these types of issues promptly, however in some instances they may be waiting on the landlords confirmation that they are in agreement with the works and costs involved. A few points on the above, if the landlady has choosen to not carry out an inventory then it would be harsh to claim Lauristons to be at fault as a result.
