I had to find a flat very last minute as my previous home fell through, we moved from just north of Manchester down to Sutton.
I didn't know the area at all and was relying on public transport with my one year old in tow.
I had one week off work to find a property, sign for it and get keys. Elizabeth was brilliant, she tried to help in every way she could. Chased up landlord so everything went through quickly and myself and my partner being self employed wasnt an issue either (it was with previous properties despite passing affordibility and credit checks.)
Elizabeth even went as far as sending bus routes to me so that I could get to potential houses, and once I had found one I liked she helped me find the quickest route to my work place. Absolute star.
Sad to see so many negative reviews on sign out but hope to not have that experience - so far everything has been brilliant. Even got a few follow up messages to check we were settling in well and to see if we needed anything.
Elizabeth went above and beyond what her job role was to help me out. Super friendly and the niceness and helpfulness didn't stop upon cash being handed over! Would 100% recommend her!
