I have known Scott for a number of years and therefore always valued and respected his opinions and expertise in the property market. The sale of my property was at times very testing and particularly stressful to both myself and my purchasers for a myriad of reasons all too lengthy to explain here but suffice to say at all times I knew I was in very safe hands.
The expertise and negotiating skills of not only Scott but also David Hughes were empathetic, professional, courteous and all wrapped up with great dollops of much needed humour at times.
My calls were always returned and every hurdle was met with mutual resolution all due to the fantastic team at Broadwater.
I cannot end without mentioning Ben who defies his youth in maturity, wisdom and again an incredible sense of humour, his knowledge is a credit to the company and will serve him well.
I have to mention also Natasha and Natalie who were a real delight to talk to on the phone throughout.
In all a superb company and an amazing team all of whom will shatter any hearsay or personal beliefs you may ever have about estate agents being too expensive, apathetic or out to make a fast buck! It is definitely not true of Bacon and Co!

This agents fees are more than reasonable. They are worth every penny based on their complete professionalism and duty of care.
