Couldn't see the branch listed but this is a review for the branch address: 5 Chase Side, London, N14 5BP
I rang up about a property immediately as it was posted on Rightmove - not contact for 24 hours. I then chased them and continuously rang all day with not even answer for another day - so I decided to contact via the agency online website and had immediate reply but was told the letting person was busy and she will contact me when she was free - another day passed and was finally contact to be told they don't have the keys and they will contact when they do. I just rang up a week later to be told the property has now gone from a recent visit that someone that came into their agency and asked why I wasn't told as I'd requested a viewing some time before this person to which I receioved a lackluster *shrug* kind of reply.
