Renting from Belvoir Sutton Coldfield has been fantastic. The team has been very professional and courteous from the day I moved in until the day I moved out. If I had any issues with the boiler or washing machine etc it was fixed within 24hrs. Even the 3rd party Suppliers they use were trust worthy, professional, friendly and at times have gone above and beyond duty. Especially when the boiler broke on Christmas eve with a house full of people. Both Les and Gary was so kind to help organize that it gets fixed. A fantastic company to work with.
