Found both the customer service and attitudes of the staff towards the customers at this company absolutley appalling. STRONGLY ADVISE people to STAY AWAY from this agents.
My bother began this Monday (13th August), I had arranged a viewing at the property for 6pm (the only time available to view properties apparaently). I turned up to the property 15 minutes early both to be early and have a look around the area which turned out to be not so nice anyway. Eventually I was standing outside the property at around 5:50pm (37 and a half weeks pregnant by the way, which the company knew) and another couple alongside us, waiting and waiting as the time went on, got to around 6:10 and no agent had shown yet nor called to say they'd be late so I tried to phone the office which obvcourse was shut at this time. With no diverted number or a number on the voice message to phone if no agent had shown for an appointment. Tried my luck phoning the office again at 6:15 but still the same. Waited till just after half past 6 and we decided to leave as the agent had still not called ourselves or the other couple or shown up.
The following day I had a viewing at another property with Fineholm at 3:30pm so I called them just a couple of hours before to confirm this viewing was actualy going to go ahead unlike the previous evening. The women assured me that it would. I then explained what had happened the previous night expecting an apology but instead I got accused of being a liar as her agent did show up and there were apparently 5 other parties there viewing it aswell. This was certainly not the case! And if the agent did show up he was well after 30 minutes late, was I seriously expected to have waited that time? Obviously going by the women on the phone. She then said why did I not phone the office? I explained that I did several times but as she would be well aware of, her office is shut at that time. I was absolutley livid. If I hadn't been really interested in the next property I would have cancelled our viewing there and then as I didn't partiularly want to deal with these agents.
So 3 o'clock and I head from the west end of town over to the east to view a property, once again being 15 minutes early to have a look round the area. It was just a few minutes before our viewing was supposed to take place and my phone rang. Fineholm it was. My viewing was cancelled as someone had took the property the previous week! Could they not have told me that when I phoned just 2 hours previous!? The women on the phone could not have been any less apologetic if she tried aswell. Once again I was made to feel like the bad guy.
I would seriously advise anyone looking to rent a property to stay as far away from this company as possible. If this is how they can treat potential tenants, how do they treat their actual tenants?

They'll be lucky to last another 35 days with customer service like that!!!
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been well mannered, apologetic and preferably not accuse myself of being a liar.
