I found James to be consistently excellent in all my dealings with him - from following up phone calls or emails; prompt, patient and unhurried communications; and most importantly doing what he said he would do within agreed deadlines. The photos for my property were done to a very professional level using the best equipment and it generated a very favorable outcome. I have had no feelings of anxiety or uncertainty as if or when things would get done. I always had complete confidence in James' ability. On a personal level I found James easy to approach, and he was always available to answer questions without me feeling I was a nuisance. For example, James was able to go into some detail on the legal and health and safety requirements of renting property without looking at his watch (as if to say I've got to go!) James came highly recommended, due to his previous experience of dealing with people as well as his legal background and knowledge. For all the reasons above I am happy to recommend James to others.
