I have been buying properties all over the country and Spencer James has proven to be the best agency I have dealt with during the past 10 years. As in investor, I aim for properties which are being sold below market value by corporate clients or properties that are in a very bad condition. This because I want to achieve a high rental yield and be able to add value to the property.

Andy Panteli understands what I am looking for and only sends me properties which are best suited to my needs. Like many people, I have had some bad experiences with agents but spencer james go above and beyond their duties as an agent to make a sale go through quickly to ensure the sale does not fall out of bed.

I remember once when Andy had to drive to the local council office and pay for planning regs for property I was buying on a development, due to the Christmas holidays the post was not going to be an option. He then took the documents back to the office, made photo copies and posted by special delivery and sent a scanned copy to all parties so they could get working on them in the meantime. During the first sale I was having to call Andy at 10pm due to the time difference while I was away. He was always available and did not mind the late calls. Top service by 1st class staff members.
