From the start to the finish of the process of selling my property I found everybody in the Exmouth Branch of Bradley's to be helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Like most sales we had our tricky moments but Lorna kept a watching brief and kept calm while dealing with a difficult Solicitor and a complex chain that put additional pressure on the sale of my property. Needless to say we completed the sale and i was a very happy client.
Comment on agent fees
Okay. Competitive. But i would much prefer a flat fee rather than one based on a percentage of the selling price.
