My experience with Yopa has, on the the whole, been a positive one. The pricing structure is clear, with no hidden extras, and great value for money.

I believe that the valuation was accurate and fair, and the marketing of my property felt collaborative rather than one sided - and the photos that Liane took were so good I almost wanted to put in an offer myself! The coverage of the main property search sites was excellent, and I don't feel that I would have gained anything by using a local firm with offices.

The YopaHub online portal was great, with easy access to valuation reports, viewings, property details and stats. I became slightly obsessed with checking the performance stats!

Having opted to have agent viewings, I can honestly say this was definitely worth the money! In an ideal world the first person viewing your property will put in an offer and that makes it a slightly less attractive option. But this isn't an ideal world and I personally think that having the agent there is better for both the purchaser and vendor. It saved me a lot of frustration and no doubt gave the viewers ample opportunity to look around and voice their opinions openly. Irrespective of the outcome, I received feedback from Liane which was useful in further viewings.

At no point did I feel pressured into accepting a low offer, or making changes to the asking price in order to facilitate a quick sale. I believe that Liane worked hard to negotiate the sale to a price I was happy to accept.

Liane is so personable, and a consummate professional! She is friendly, and approachable - explaining the implications of different situations which arose during the process of selling my property, without making me feel like I should know this stuff already. I think her approachable nature is a strength in negotiations, but her professionalism is what gets results.

I had total confidence in all dealings with her and would heartily recommend Liane and Yopa.

The only downside about using Yopa is the attitude of traditional estate agents at the properties I viewed, which might just be the reason I didn't use one!

This person is hitting out at Yopa and myself due to a buyer of her property reducing their offer, following a survey which showed some major problems with the property, and would have cost a lot of money to rectify. It's a shame that some people write untruthful and inaccurate reviews due to situations that are not the companies or agents fault.
