It was a new experience for us to be purchasing a house through an agent. Fay Pyne responded to my first contact and was polite, friendly and helpful and arranged a viewing for us at a time of our choice. She was very professional and kept us informed of the situation after we had put in an offer. She answered any queries I put to her and those she was unsure of she made a point of contacting the vendor for clarification.
